Code of Conduct

  • We, at Prachetas Capital, believe that our commitment towards our mutually agreed ethical values and code of conduct is the key that binds us together. This Code lays down the foundation for our Company’s reputation. Each employee, here, contributes directly to the growth and success of Prachetas Capital.
  • This Code reflects our dedication and commitment to all our stakeholders. We believe that sustainable high performance goes hand in glove with the holistic development and progress of those who work with or for us.
  • We have created a work environment wherein everyone is treated with dignity & respect. There is no tolerance for any form of harassment, whether sexual, verbal or psychological, in our workspace.

  • Our Code of Conduct Policy, adopted on December 1st, 2021, is part of our employee onboarding process and has been made available to all our employees.

 

Whistle Blower Policy

  • This Policy is an extension of our company’s Code of Conduct.
  • Any actual or potential violation of the Code, howsoever insignificant or perceived as such, would be a matter of serious concern for the Company.
  • We aim to encourage the employees in pointing out such violations of the Code.
  • This Policy has been formulated in order to provide a mechanism for employees of the Company to approach the Ethics Committee / Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Chairman of the Board.
  • The above-said Policy is also the ‘Vigilance Mechanism’ of the Company as envisaged under Section 177 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder.
  • This policy has been made available to all employees.

 

Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy

  • Prachetas Capital is committed to providing a place of work that is free of sexual harassment and all forms of intimidation or exploitation of all employees.
  • Our POSH Policy aims to provide protection to the employees against sexual harassment at the workplace and the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and matters related to it.
  • The focus of this policy is preventive.
  • This Policy extends to all employees of the Company including all outsourced employees, contract employees, retainers, trainees, deputees and temporary employees.
  • In accordance with this policy, Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and detailed guidelines have been formed and the same has been communicated and made available to all the employees. Alternatively, an email can be sent to posh@prachetascapital.com
